Neighborhood Renewal LLC is a Real Estate Investment Company based in Michigan with a focus on: Improving the appearance and quality
of neighborhood communities one family at a time. Purchasing and renovating distressed properties for re-sale or rent.
When sellers become distressed either by bankruptcy, foreclosure or bad credit we work and focus on creative solutions which can
alleviate the heavy financial strain. Sellers may unburden themselves from their distressed home/building while we improve
and create more value in the property. Contact us if you have any questions on these
programs. We also work with buyers on terms such as Lease Option, Land Contract (seller financing) and other creative financing options.
We also invest in commercial real estate from multi-family to retail/shopping/office space.

About The Founders
|
Hanh Dang-Brown
Hanh is a Michigan State Graduate in Mechanical Engineering in 1991. She started her career as a student intern
engineer, then after graduation as a Mechanical Engineer, she worked the next 16 years in the auto industry. Various
assignments included manufacturing, product development, and total vehicle integration. She acquired her technical
skills using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) mathematical models for determining structural integrity, crashworthiness
and quality for next generation vehicles. Additional technical skills include calibration of powertrain Active Fuel
Management (AFM - otherwise known as displacement on demand) in accordance with Noise and Vibration vehicle requirements.
She acquired her leadership skills managing total design/analysis/release process for various car and truck programs.
She also led in setting the direction for next generation product architecture for ensuring Global commonality, build
ability and flexibility in architectural product design.
Her analytical, communicative, and leadership skills in Corporate America sparked her entrepreneurship and has prepared
her to embark for the investment world. Now, she buys, rehabs, rents, and sells real estate throughout the Tri County
Metro areas.
Her strong interests are in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web development, internet marketing, forum marketing,
co-branding, email marketing, affiliate relationships, strategic partnerships & public relations.
Hanh has 3 children ranging from the ages of 5 to 10. Her principles and values are Biblical, Ethical and Legal
while placing People first. Activities she enjoys doing is to listen to music, books on CDs ("The Secret") and
do aerobics. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Plymouth Canton, and participates in various out reach
roups at her church and enjoys functioning as a room mom in her children's class over the years. Her favorite
book/CD is "The Secret". Her favorite food is anything she does not have to cook and is prepared for her. Goals
and Aspirations is to be instrumental in revitalizing the Real Estate market into the next decade bringing families
and community together.

Alan W. Brown
Mr. Brown graduated from Michigan State University in 1992 with a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
(BSEE) with focus on analog electronics design, power systems and control systems.
After graduation as an Electrical Engineer, he worked the next 16 years in the auto industry. He led the design
of hardware and software for embedded controllers, electronic data acquisition systems, the design and test complex
engine control algorithms whose purpose was to reduce engine emissions, increase fuel economy and improves drive
ability and performance. Mr. Brown also designed custom in house full authority engine control systems to replace
production type engine control modules for the purpose of designing, testing and implementing new state-of-the-art
engine control systems. He also drove new technical innovation for defining future architecture of engine control
modules using Field Programmable Gate Arrays to allow faster time to market automotive engine controllers. He has
a joint patent “Individual Cylinder A/F Controller for 4-cylinder Engine” and has written several
internal corporate reports and SAE publications in the area of engine control systems and tools.
Mr. Brown is the founder of AWB Industrial & Control Engineering, Inc. providing service in analog and digital
electronics design expertise to solve various product application problems and to design products for industrial
and automotive control, power electronics, communications systems, data acquisition systems.
He is co-founder of Sonometrics, Inc. providing service in acoustics design of high gain microphone
amplifiers for the National Center for Physical Acoustics, and in design of speaker system for generating Near
Field Acoustic Sounds in response to near field sound pressure. He led the design of sound intensity measuring
equipment for sound source location, identification and sound power measurements in 3D space.
His engineering skill set and entrepreneurship has led him into real estate investment which he now, buys, rehabs,
rents, and sells real estate throughout the Tri County Metro areas. He uses his technical, entrepreneurial, and
real estate investment experience to share with others globally by web development, internet marketing, forum
marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), co-branding, email marketing, affiliate relationships, strategic
partnerships & public relations.
He enjoys playing racquetball with a select group of friends. He longs for spending more quality time with
his family and friends by succeeding on efforts, tools and methods for real estate investing both on and off the
internet. He leads a modest Christian life with his immediate family and friends.
